From a summer pub garden beer festival for 200, to a regional festival for 5000 across 3 stages, Heathfield has you covered.

Every component is important – the food, bar, kids activites, parking, (its a long list…) – but the sound quality if too often low on the list.

Our focus on delivering the best sound experience outside of the ‘big guys’, and we use some of the best sound equipment available, controlled by some of the best independent live producers, lighting designers, and event crew available.

We actually call it live production – that same attention to detail paid to music in the studio – but we do it live. No ‘set and forget’ from us – we consider every nuance of every artist as the day progresses and produce the bands performance for the audience – live.

Great food

While music is – and in our opinion should be – a focus, we are all foodies at heart! Over the years we have built a curated list of preferred food and drink suppliers covering a wide variety of classic festival ‘cuisines’ and dietary requirements, as well as a few more unusual options (Crepes anyone 😊!)

Arts for everyone

Sure, the main stage is pumping with 21inch subs, line arrays and smoke machines for the masses, but you prefer something a bit more low key. We can provide high quality sound and lighting for upto 3 additional stages, from spoken word, comedy, interviews and fireside-style chats, via solo singer guitarists and loopers, to full-blown metal bands.

Additional stages shouldn’t be a compriomise – they should provide the same high-quality artists and sound quality to anyone that prefers something a different.

Event Wifi

Taking electronic payments on site is a must, and failed payments hits everyone hard.

In todays climate, no one can afford lost sales on tickets, food, drinks, merchandise, a reduced social media presence, mailing list signups and more.

We provide event wifi for your staff, traders, the press and VIPs to ensure everything continues to work smoothly. We will use multiple popup cell tower connection simultanecous and use a mesh network to cover the site with wifi to allow phone, tablets, laptops and payment device to connect reliably to the internet.

No power? No problem – where mains power is not available nearby, we use high-capacity batteries to keep each wifi repeater running for up 2 days on a single charge.

Event Wifi is an unusual offer, for sure, but this is just one part our proven ability to deliver the complex needs of large modern events, including Gardener’s World Live, the BBC Good Food show, the Beacon Festical and more.

When there is 5000+ public on site with their phone blasting out bluetooth and their hotspot they forgot to turn off, you can to take electronic payments and post that crucial celebrity interview to social media.

Single point of contact

We dont provide power, security, food, drink, sanitation, and so on, but we know who does, and we only use proven suppliers we trust. We have enough suppliers that in the event we are let down, we’ll have several options to call in, and we’ll ensure you make the core choices while we handle the admin.
